为探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23与涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoidcysticcarcinoma,ACC)的关系,应用LSAB免疫组化染色方法,研究nm23表达产物二磷酸核苷激酶(nucleosidediphosphatekinase,NDPK)在ACC中的表达。结果:NDPK/nm23在ACC中有较高表达,阳性率为64.0%(16/25);其中,有肺转移者阳性率为12.5%(1/8),无转移者阳性率为88.2(15/17),差异有极显著性(P<0.01);NDPK表达与临床分期有关,分期越高,阳性率越低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),与病理分型差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:nm基因在人ACC肺转移过程中起到抑制转移的作用,可作为临床预测ACC患者转移和预后的指标。
To investigate the relationship between the tumor suppressor gene nm23 and adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC), LSAB immunohistochemical staining was used to study the expression of nm23 expression product (NDPK) in ACC . Results: The positive expression rate of NDPK / nm23 in ACC was 64.0% (16/25). Among them, the positive rate of lung metastasis was 12.5% (1/8), the positive rate of non-metastasis (P <0.01). The expression of NDPK was correlated with clinical stage. The higher the stage was, the lower the positive rate was, the difference was significant (P <0.05) , No significant difference with the pathological type (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The nm gene plays a role of inhibiting metastasis in human ACC lung metastasis and can be used as an index to predict the metastasis and prognosis of ACC patients.
