为了保障起重机安全运行,一些起重机设置了一系列电器控制安全保护装置,如失压保护、零位保护、门联锁保护、过流保护、极限位置限制保护等。这些安全装置开关和总电源接触器吸合线圈串接在控制回路中,其中的任何1个开关不闭合或分断,就会使总电源接触器不吸合或释放,从而控制总电源的接通与分断,使起重机在不安全状态下无法启动或运行。笔者在对起重机进行检验时发现,有的因故障总电源接触器不吸合或运行时自行释放,起重机无法正常工作。个别使用单位不是通过检修处理故障,而是在总电源接触器处人为用木楔将动铁塞住,或采取其它方式使其处于常闭状态,
