目的探讨建筑工地青少年艾滋病知识的心理社会能力现状及两者的关系,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取建筑工地,通过面对面问卷调查建筑工地青少年有关预防艾滋病的知识和心理社会能力。结果建筑工地青少年艾滋病基本知识知晓率为72.7%,心理社会能力低于正常水平的比例为14.8%,心理社会能力与文化程度和艾滋病知识知晓情况有关。结论建筑工地青少年对艾滋病知识的掌握还不全面,心理社会能力处于较低水平。应通过多种途径帮助建筑工地青少年提高艾滋病知识知晓水平和心理社会能力。
Objective To explore the status quo of psychosocial competencies and the relationship between AIDS and AIDS among construction workers, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to extract construction sites and face-to-face questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge and psychosocial skills of AIDS-related adolescents in construction sites. Results The awareness of HIV / AIDS among construction workers was 72.7%. The psychosocial ability was 14.8% lower than the normal level. The psychosocial competence was related to the educational attainment and knowledge of HIV / AIDS. Conclusion Adolescents in construction sites have a poor grasp of HIV / AIDS knowledge and their psychosocial skills are at a low level. There are many ways to help adolescents in construction sites to raise the level of AIDS knowledge and psychosocial skills.
