为了对建设项目安全管理效率进行评价,引入数据包络分析方法(DEA),从管理、人员、技术、经济等方面确定建设项目安全管理效率评价的投入与产出指标,建立建设项目安全管理效率DEA评价模型。对实际案例的安全管理效率进行评价,分析建设项目安全管理中存在的问题,并提出相应改进措施。验证了DEA评价方法在建设项目安全管理效率评价中运用的有效性与可行性,可为建设项目安全管理提供参考。
In order to evaluate the safety management efficiency of construction projects, DEA is introduced to determine the input and output indicators of construction project safety management efficiency evaluation from aspects of management, personnel, technology and economy, and to establish the safety management efficiency of construction projects DEA evaluation model. Evaluate the safety management efficiency of the actual case, analyze the problems in the safety management of the construction project, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures. The effectiveness and feasibility of the DEA evaluation method in the evaluation of construction project safety management efficiency are validated, which can provide reference for construction project safety management.
