新课标理念下的“品德与生活”“品德与社会”课教学,是在教师的指导下,通过让儿童直接参与主题活动、游戏和其他实践活动来实现课程目标。这就要求教师必须创造性地使用教材,在充分了解和把握课程标准、学科特点、教学目标和教材编写意图的基础上,以教材为载体,设计灵活有效并贴近学生生活的教学活动,引导学生积极、健康、有意义地生活,使学生在喜闻乐见或身临其境的活动中逐渐形成正确的价值观、人生观和道德观。
