各理事单位:“2009海峡两岸地工技术/岩土工程交流研讨会”定于2009年4月在台湾省台中市举行,会议的“第一次通告及征求论文”已发。为确保会议如期顺利举行,请各理事单位按照“第一次通告”的要求,尽快组织论文并确定赴台做主题发言的人员名单,填好回执,于2008年8月31日前发回
The governing units: “2009 Cross-Strait Geotechnical / Geotechnical Exchange Seminar” is scheduled to be held in April 2009 in Taichung, Taiwan. The “First Announcement and Solicitation Paper” of the meeting has been issued. In order to ensure the smooth meeting of the meeting, all governing units are requested to organize the paper as soon as possible according to the requirements of the “First Announcement” and determine the names of the key personnel who will make keynote speeches in Taiwan. They should complete the return receipt and send back the reply papers by August 31, 2008
