Through analyzing and researching archival materials, this article discusses the destruction of dike weir around Wuhan and the historical facts of Wuhan City during the Anti-Japanese War by the Kuomintang, exposing the consistency of the Kuomintang government’s implementation of the one-sided anti-Japanese war.
