目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎(Ⅱ、Ⅲ型)所致不育症的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。2组均予阿夫唑嗪片、阿奇霉素片治疗;治疗组加用前列腺汤口服、中药坐浴、心理疏导、生活起居指导、饮食调理等综合治疗,疗程均为45天。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为65.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎(Ⅱ、Ⅲ型)所致不育症具有良好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating infertility caused by chronic prostatitis (type Ⅱ, type Ⅲ). Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases each. The two groups were given alfuzosin tablets, azithromycin tablets treatment; treatment group plus prostate soup oral medicine bath, psychological counseling, daily life guidance, diet and other comprehensive treatment, treatment for 45 days. Results: The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 65.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of chronic prostatitis (Ⅱ, Ⅲ type) caused by infertility has a good effect.
