改革的深化,推动了就业方式、分配方式、员工价值取向等的改变,即日益多样化,企业硬实力是经济建设,软实力是思想政治工作,二者有着紧密联系的关系。基层党建思想政治工作潜移默化地影响着企业发展与党的发展,所以现在就需要主动促进基层党建工作的开展,但在实际开展过程中出现了一些问题,因此,文章就做好基层党建思想政治工作的几点对策进行了分析与探讨。
