进入1998年,农机市场呈现下滑局面,而作为农机主要品种之一的大中型拖拉机更是滑坡严重。中国农机工业协会的统计资料表明,1998年1～4月共生产大中型拖拉机25635台,同比下降26.55%;销售23514台,同比下降30.64%,成为所统计的11种主要农机品种中降幅最大的产品。那么,是什么原因造成的呢?
