目的了解重庆市城区德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性状况,为合理用药提供依据。方法用WHO推荐的药膜接触法,测定德国小蠊对常用3种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和乙酰甲胺磷均产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗药性倍数(R/S)分别为2.64、3.99和3.32。结论重庆市城区德国小蠊已对高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威和乙酰甲胺磷产生低水平抗性。
Objective To understand the sensitivity of Blattella germanica to common pesticides in urban area of Chongqing and provide evidence for rational drug use. Methods The sensitivity of Blattella germanica to the three commonly used insecticides was determined by the membrane contact method recommended by the WHO. Results Blattella germanica had different degrees of resistance to beta-cypermethrin, propoxur and acephate, with resistance ratios (R / S) of 2.64, 3.99 and 3.32, respectively. Conclusion Blattella germanica has low level of resistance to beta-cypermethrin, propoxur and acephate in Chongqing.
