在以华主席为首的党中央的英明领导下,在粉碎王、张、江、姚反党集团的大好形势的鼓舞下,我们针对白僵菌能不能在冬季进行野外地面三级培养,作了反复试验。结果证明,白僵菌三级冬季野外地面培养,在平均温度10℃,接种量20%时,湿粉每克含孢子量153.5亿,折合干粉为257亿(培养18天后镜检),在一年最低气温的元月份照常生产。这一工艺的改革,与室内瓶子三级培养比,提高工效近4倍,降低成本约50%,为土法生产白僵菌找出了新途径。
