目的 探讨多项生物学指标c-erbB - 2、PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、nm2 3、ER、PR在乳腺癌中的表达与临床乳腺癌预后的关系及这些指标间的相互关系 .方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 87例乳腺癌组织切片c -erbB - 2、PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、nm2 3、ER、PR的表达进行检测 .结果 乳腺癌远处转移率与腋淋巴结转移数目有关 ,c -erbB - 2阳性率与肿瘤大小、临床分期正相关 ,PCNA阳性率与肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移数目正相关 ,P5 3与肿瘤大小正相关 ,c -erbB - 2与PCNA、P5 3、EGFR、PR相关 ,P5 3与PR相关 ,ER与PR相关 .结论 肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移数目、临床分期、c -erbB- 2、PCNA、P5 3、PR等多指标联合应用有助于提高对乳腺癌预后评价的正确性
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of multiple biological indicators c-erbB-2, PCNA, P53, EGFR, nm23, ER and PR in breast cancer and the prognosis of breast cancer and their correlations.Methods Immunization The expression of c - erbB - 2, PCNA, P53, EGFR, nm23, ER and PR in 87 cases of breast cancer tissues was detected by histochemical staining.Results The distant metastasis rate of breast cancer was related to the number of axillary lymph node metastasis, The positive rate of erbB - 2 was positively correlated with tumor size and clinical stage. The positive rate of PCNA was positively correlated with the size of tumor and the number of axillary lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of c - erbB - 2 and PCNA, P5 3, EGFR, PR P5 3 correlated with PR, and ER correlated with PR.Conclusion The combined application of tumor size, the number of axillary lymph node metastasis, clinical stage, c-erbB-2, PCNA, P5 3 and PR may be helpful to improve prognosis of breast cancer Evaluation of the correctness
