新形势下浙江省市县级中医院面临着诸多发展困难,如近年国家宏观经济的紧缩、医保红利释放拐点、上下级医院业务分流、民营医院与其他综合性医院的竞争冲击等,致部分市县级中医院业务发展滞缓。同时我们又要看到积极因素:党和政府对中医事业的高度重视,中医发展正处于黄金时期,人民群众对中医服务的信任度越来越高。为应对困境,市县级中医院要进一步保持和发扬中医药特色优势,加快发展中医医疗服务模式转换,进一步完善医院管理体系,以全新的姿态深化医改,促进中医事业发展。
In the new situation, the municipal hospitals in Zhejiang Province are facing many difficulties in development.
