中央企业是中国特色社会主义市场经济的骨干力量,党的领导干部肩负重要的政治责任、经济责任和社会责任,一言一行都关系党的形象。党的十八大明确提出,要加强对领导干部特别是主要领导干部行使权力的监督。十八届三中全会进一步对构建决策科学、执行坚决、监督有力的权力运行体系,加强和改进对主要领导干部行使权力的制约和监督,提出了新的改革任务。中央企业领导人员必须适应监督机制的新要求,要习惯在监督环境下工作,让自觉接受监督成为自己工作、生活的常态。
Central enterprises are the backbone forces in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics. The leading cadres of the party shoulder important political, economic and social responsibilities. Every word and deed relates to the party’s image. The 18th CPC National Congress clearly proposed that supervision over the exercise of power by leading cadres, especially major leading cadres, should be strengthened. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further set forth a science-based decision-making system, implemented a resolute and supervisory system of powerful powers, strengthened and improved the restriction and supervision of the exercise of the leading cadres’ powers, and proposed new tasks for reform. The leaders of central enterprises must adapt themselves to the new requirements of the supervisory mechanism, become accustomed to work in a supervisory environment, and consciously accept supervision as their normal work and life.
