中国股票市场经过10年发展,已经形成一定规模,对经济的发展,特别是国企改革,作出了重大贡献。但上市公司也出现了两极分化:一些公司高速成长,不断地发展、壮大;而另外一些公司则连年亏损,被“ST”、“PT”,少数公司甚至被摘牌退市,二者形成鲜明对比。本文试图对此进行比较分析,探究个中原因。
After 10 years of development, the stock market in China has formed a certain scale and made significant contributions to economic development, especially the reform of state-owned enterprises. However, listed companies also experienced polarization: some companies grew rapidly and continued to grow and develop while others lost money year after year, in stark contrast to “ST”, “PT” and even a few companies that were delisted . This article attempts to comparative analysis of this, to explore the reasons.
