近年来,农村经济发展迅猛,相应的农村财务也成为各级党委、政府和农民普遍关心的热点、焦点和难点问题。对农村财务管理得当与否,直接影响到党群、干群关系,关系到农村经济发展和农村社会的稳定。对此,我省进行了以财务公开、民主理财为主要内容的农村村务公开和民主管理制度建设。现在这项工作的开展情况和基层干部群众对此的态度、看法是怎样的呢?带着这个问题,记者走访了省农业厅的有关领导和几个地方的基层干部群众。
