Mycoplasma pneumoniae is one of the common pathogens of acute respiratory infections. There are many reports about pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia and extrapulmonary complications at home and abroad, while there are few reports on adult mycoplasma pneumonia and extrapulmonary complications. Now in our hospital medical treatment of 43 cases of adult patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia and extra-pulmonary complications were analyzed in order to improve mycoplasma pneumonia and extra-pulmonary complications, reduce misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis.
