The purpose of this work is to simulate the formation of a neutron field with an energy of about 14 MeV formed in the chamber by thermal neutron irradiation in a cup-shaped LiD target chamber in the reactor core. The neutron flux, energy spectrum and deposition energy at the LiD target chamber row were obtained by simulating the combined transport of neutron and tritium with Monte Carlo multi-branch method.
