结合镀锡板的性能及其原板的生产工艺,研制开发了国内首套专门用于生产镀锡原板的单机架可逆式冷轧机组,介绍了该机组的工艺设备组成及流程、主要技术参数和设备功能的实现等。现场实际使用状况表明,该机组选型正确、操作方便、运行稳定可靠,其整体性能完全满足镀锡原板生产的要求。
Combined with the performance of tin plate and the production process of its original plate, the first single-stand reversing cold rolling unit specially used for producing tinplate in China was developed and manufactured. The composition and process of the process equipment, the main technical parameters and Equipment functions and so on. The actual use of the site shows that the selection of the correct unit, easy operation, stable and reliable operation, its overall performance fully meet the requirements of the original tin plate production.
