目的:探讨等离子治疗手术系统对于治疗声带小结的临床效果。方法:回顾性的分析总结收治的55例声带小结的患者使用等离子体手术系统进行治疗,总结治疗的效果及经验。结果:55例声带小结患者中治愈50例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率98.2%。对于治愈患者进行3～8个月随访,均无复发。结论:等离子体的手术治疗系统在耳鼻喉疾病的治疗应用之中具有微创、安全、有效等特点,而且操作简单,医生容易掌握。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of plasma-assisted surgery system on the treatment of vocal nodules. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 55 patients with vocal nodules admitted to the treatment of patients with plasma surgery system, summarizes the treatment effect and experience. Results: Among 55 patients with vocal nodules, 50 were cured, 4 were effective, 1 was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 98.2%. No recurrence was found in 3 to 8 months follow-up for patients who were cured. Conclusion: Plasma surgical treatment system has the characteristics of minimally invasive, safe and effective in the treatment of otolaryngological diseases, and is simple to operate and easy to grasp by doctors.
