目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱缓释片治疗老年哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法将80例老年哮喘患者按按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者给予布地奈德气雾剂,观察组患者在其基础上给予茶碱缓释片。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗后FEV1值明显高于对照组,且总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用小剂量糖皮质激素联合茶碱缓释片治疗老年哮喘患者,安全有效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose glucocorticoid combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets in the treatment of senile asthma patients. Methods Eighty elderly patients with asthma were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was given budesonide aerosol. The observation group was given theophylline sustained release tablets. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The FEV1 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Low dose glucocorticoid combined with theophylline sustained-release tablets in elderly patients with asthma is safe and effective.
