当碎片得到有效整合时,整体的运行才会体现效率,供应链管理这一概念正是基于实现这个目标而提出的。供应链本身是一个整体合作、协调一致的系统,它有多个合作者,像链条似的环环连接在一起,大家为了一个共同的目的或目标,协调动作,紧密配合。每个供应链成员企业都是“链”中的一个环节,都要与整个链的动作一致,绝对服从于全局,做到方向一致、动作也一致。协调性和整合性应该说是供应链的主要特点。目前,国内企业正逐步向供应链管理转型,从大规模的人才培训到轰轰烈烈的设备更新,国内企业正意于摆脱“各自为政”的尴尬状态,实现脱胎换骨的变化。
