根据装载机作业工作强度大的特点,对856型装载机的摇臂作业工况进行分析,得出了摇臂在两种典型作业工况下的作用载荷。同时,在有限元模型中采用接触副单元TARGET170、CONTACT174来模拟销轴与摇臂孔的配合接触,进一步提高有限元分析的准确度。经计算,得出摇臂应力分布图,找出了摇臂的薄弱部位,然后根据薄弱部位的受力特点,对摇臂的局部结构进行了调整,加强了薄弱部位的强度。
According to the characteristics of loader working intensity, the working condition of rocker arm of 856 loader is analyzed, and the acting load of rocker arm under two typical working conditions is obtained. At the same time, the contact sub-units TARGET170 and CONTACT174 are used in the finite element model to simulate the mating contact between the pin shaft and the rocker arm hole to further improve the accuracy of the finite element analysis. After calculation, the stress distribution of the rocker arm is obtained and the weak part of the rocker arm is found out. Then the local structure of the rocker arm is adjusted according to the force characteristics of the weak part, which strengthens the strength of the weak part.
