以创新网络理论为基础,构建了技术创新过程中的“服务嵌入→网络位势→创新绩效”的概念模型,并利用电子信息企业技术创新的问卷调查数据对该概念模型进行实证研究,发现网络能力和网络地位对创新绩效有显著的正向影响,而服务嵌入对于创新绩效的直接影响不显著,但对网络能力和网络地位有显著的正向影响。这意味着服务嵌入必须通过企业的网络地位和网络能力才能发挥促进作用。
Based on the theory of innovation network, this paper constructs a conceptual model of “service embedding → network potential → innovation performance” in the process of technological innovation, and conducts an empirical research on this conceptual model by using the questionnaire data of technological innovation of electronic and information enterprises, It is found that network capabilities and network status have a significant positive impact on innovation performance, while service embedding has no direct impact on innovation performance, but has a significant positive impact on network capabilities and network status. This means that service embedding must be facilitated by the organization’s network status and network capabilities.
