HIE是新生儿的常见疾病,也是引起新生儿死亡及影响以后健康发育的重要原因。我院新生儿病房自1993年10月～1994年12月共收治有围产期窒息史的HIE患儿64例,其中53例在入院后1～7天内作头颅CT检查。本文综合以上临床与CT资料进行分析如下。 1 一般资料 男36例,女17例。胎龄:31～34周4例;35～37周7例;38～40周32例;大于41周10例。体重小于2500g10例,2500～4000g41例,大于4000g2例。自娩21例,剖腹产12例。头吸助产10例,产钳
HIE is a common disease of newborns, but also caused neonatal death and the impact of the healthy development after the important reason. Neonatal ward in our hospital from October 1993 to December 1994 were admitted to a total of 64 cases of HIE in children with perinatal asphyxia history, of which 53 were admitted within 1 to 7 days after craniocerebral CT examination. The above comprehensive clinical and CT data analysis is as follows. 1 General Information 36 males and 17 females.
