本文阐述了利用激光干涉度量术测定眼底脉络膜血流图的原理和方法,提出了定量比较血流图的三项指标.对两个不同年龄组正常人的脉络膜血流图的测定表明,这三项指标可以作为人体生理老化的定量标志.
This article describes the principle and method of measuring the fundus of choroidal blood flow using laser interferometry, and presents three indexes for quantitative comparison of the blood flow diagram.The measurement of choroidal blood flow in normal subjects in two different age groups shows that these three Item indicators can be used as a quantitative indicator of human physiological aging.
