高效液相色谱法测定植源性食品中水杨酸和乙酰水杨酸的含量

建立HPLC法测定植源性食品中水杨酸和乙酰水杨酸含量的方法。样品用乙腈:水:乙酸(25:70:5)提取,以C18柱分离,以乙酸铵(0.02mol/L):乙腈=80:20(调pH值3.4)为流动相,检测波长230nm;在这一色谱条件下,水杨酸和乙酰水杨酸达到基线分离。乙酰水杨酸在10~200mg/L内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为99.0~114%,RSD为0.19~0.42%(n=6);水杨酸在10~200mg/L内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回收率为99.5~113%,RSD为0.16~0.35%(n=6)。本法简单、灵敏、准确及精密,可用于测定植源性食品中水杨酸和乙酰水杨酸的含量。 Establishment of HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid in plant - derived foods. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile: water: acetic acid (25:70:5) and separated on C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of ammonium acetate (0.02mol / L): acetonitrile = 80:20 Under this chromatographic condition, salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid achieve baseline separation. Acetylsalicylic acid has a good linear relationship in the range of 10 ~ 200mg / L, with a recovery of 99.0 ~ 114% and a RSD of 0.19 ~ 0.42% (n = 6) The linearity was good, r = 0.9999, recovery was 99.5 ~ 113%, RSD was 0.16 ~ 0.35% (n = 6). This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and sophisticated, and can be used to determine the content of salicylic acid and acetylsalicylic acid in plant-derived foods.
