作者研究扩张型心肌病(DCM)细胞和体液免疫情况,检查50例(女4,男46例)病人,平均年龄35±4岁,病程0.5~15(平均4±3)年。血循环机能不全Ⅰ~ⅡA级31例,ⅡB~Ⅲ级19例。心脏肥大和心腔扩大。根据病史、体征及有关检查诊断DCM。造影和心肌活检证实诊断20例,尸解证实2例。对照组是70例缺血性心脏病和24例供血者。用激光散射测浊法测定血清IgA、IgM、IgG、循环免疫复合物(CIC),用商品免疫试剂测定β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、IgE、过敏毒素C3a和C5a,用Campben氏法测定干扰素水平,并测定淋巴细胞亚群。检查结果,部分DCM免疫球蛋白含量增高:IgG>1700mg%者占34%,IgM>200mg%者占40%,IgA>300mg%者占44%。CIC>250mg%者占30%,因此不能排除CIC在DCM发病机制中的作用。β_2-MG>2.4mg/L者占73%(27/37),IgE>100K/L者40%(16/41),C3a>300ng/ml者83%(20/24),C5a>1.6ng/ml者61%(13/21)。临
The study was designed to investigate the cellular and humoral immunity in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Fifty patients (4 males and 46 females) were examined with an average age of 35 ± 4 years and a duration of 0.5 to 15 years (mean, 4 ± 3 years).
