合理利用烟气余热是提高锅炉热效率、降低煤耗的有效节能措施之一[1],其控制系统的稳定性和经济性是衡量工程是否达标的基础性要求。针对节能推广工程中的余热利用项目被控对象存在的大迟延、耦合问题,引入了断续控制的思路,模拟了参数正常波动范围的被控量或调节量的小信号剔除功能[2],对校正量信号、现场输出量信号进行综合处理,实现了控制系统的合理化配置,既减少设备无功调节频次、提高设备健康水平,又收到节能挖潜的良好效果。
The rational use of flue gas waste heat is one of the effective energy saving measures to improve boiler thermal efficiency and reduce coal consumption [1]. The stability and economy of the control system are the basic requirements to measure whether the project meets the requirements. Aiming at the large delay and coupling problem of the controlled object of waste heat utilization project in energy-saving popularization project, the idea of intermittent control was introduced to simulate the small signal rejection function [2] Correction signal and field output signal to realize the rational configuration of the control system. It not only reduces the frequency of equipment reactive regulation, improves the equipment health level, but also receives the good effect of saving energy and tapping potential.
