采用国产402型电子静电加速器作为辐射源,以国产软质玻璃毛细管作为接枝(键合)基体,用减压加热动态气相共辐照方法研制了丙烯腈键合柱。用氨气敏选择性电极测定了键合层的含氮量;从扫描电镜观察了柱内壁生长层的存在;测定了柱效以及对混合烃的分析,初步考察了柱子的色谱性能。此外,还探讨了影响键合量和键合效果的若干因素。
A domestic 402 type electron electrostatic accelerator was used as the radiation source, and the domestic soft glass capillary tube was used as the grafting (bonding) substrate. Acrylonitrile bonded column was developed by the method of dynamic vapor phase co-irradiation under reduced pressure. The nitrogen content of the bonding layer was measured by ammonia gas selective electrode. The existence of growth layer on the inner wall of the column was observed by scanning electron microscope. The column efficiency and the analysis of mixed hydrocarbon were measured. The chromatographic properties of the column were preliminarily investigated. In addition, several factors that affect the amount of bonding and the bonding effect are also explored.
