对7×××系的7A04、7075铝合金棒材、锻件中存在的点状缺陷,通过低倍组织、显微组织、扫描电镜以及能谱分析等检测手段进行了组织分析,确定了7A04、7075铝合金棒材、锻件经加工成零件氧化后出现点状缺陷实质为Al-Fe、Al-Cr-Mn化合物偏析。对该化合物偏析形成的机制、影响因素和工艺改进措施进行了论述。
The 7A04,7075 aluminum alloy bars in 7 ××× series and the spot defects in forgings were analyzed by means of low magnification, microstructure, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results of 7A04, 7075 aluminum alloy bar, forgings after processing into parts oxidation point defects appear essentially Al-Fe, Al-Cr-Mn compounds segregation. The mechanism of segregation of the compound, influencing factors and process improvement measures were discussed.
