数学新课标指出:“人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必须的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”然而,传统的课堂教学均采用统一的尺度组织教学,课堂教学形成“一刀切”。违背了因材施教的原则,没有达到全体发展的目的。怎样打破这个局面呢?通过多年的教学实践,针对学生的差异,对班里学生依据基础和成绩,把学业水平相当的学生分在同一层次里。同时,分层时注意学生的兴趣爱好,学科的互补性,力求在同一层次里的学生能够相互激励,相互促进,取长补短,发挥各自的优势,共同提高成绩,
