氧化铜矿如用浮选方法处理,不仅需要将矿石粉度磨成很细及药剂消耗量大,且金屬回收率較低。故对氧化铁、碳酸鹽类不多的氧化铜矿,采用湿法冶煉时,矿石破碎到相当大的粒度即可用酸浸或硫酸化焙燒方法进行处理。这一方法不但可以簡化生产过程、节約人力,而且还能徹底地回收其中所含的铜金屬,从而既能降低生产成本,又能迅速地促进銅产量的增長,这是符合党中央多、快、好省地办工業的方針的。 (一)酸浸 1.簡要过程 將氧化銅矿石破碎到5~15公厘或粉碎到0.074—0.3公厘,放入硫酸槽中浸析。如含有回收价值的黄金或硫化物时,最好先將黄金
