本文旨在强调作为一名大学英语教师,应主动、有效地开展大学英语教学研究。基于问题解决的教师行动研究正是能够梳理整体教学过程,“因材施教”、“因人而异”地选择合适的教学方式、确定教学行为,又利用行动研究的成果来总结经验教训、起到很好反拨作用的一种操作性、研究性俱强的科研方式。这样的课堂教学研究方式能为教师的专业化发展建立起一套良性循环机制,有助于大学英语教师更加自觉地摸索适合所教学生的教学方法体系,为最终进行大规模实证研究做好方向探索、数据积累、内容进一步深化奠定基础。
This article aims to emphasize that as a college English teacher, we should take the initiative and effectively carry out college English teaching and research. The research on teacher action based on problem solving is able to sort out the whole teaching process, “teach students according to their aptitude”, “select students according to their aptitude”, select proper teaching methods, determine teaching behaviors and use the results of action research to sum up experiences and lessons , Play a good role in the contradictions of a kind of operational research of all the strong research methods.
