From the perspective of the tendering and bidding of the curtain wall project, the vast majority are still executed in accordance with the “Tender Bidding Law” and the “Contract Law”. However, in some regions, there is indeed a public breach of the “Tendering and Bidding Law”, and the “Tendering Measures” and “Tendering Regulations” for the region and its own units are formulated.
