在工作中发现随着教育改革的发展,心育日益受到人们的重视。所谓“心育”为心理教育的简称,它是旨在培养发展学生的健康心理,从而促进其个性完善的教育。心育与德、智、体、美、劳诸育并驾齐驱,同步发展,是教育整体工程中的不可缺少的一个子系统。最近,中央电视台报道,当今中学生约30%不同程度地存在着心理障碍,有人把依赖、脆弱、焦虑、孤独、固执称为当代青少年(多为独生子女)的五大不良心理。为此,正确认识和积极发挥美术的心育作用,是每个美术教育工作者面临的任务。
In my work, I found that with the development of education reform, mindfulness education is getting more and more attention. The so-called “mental education ” is the abbreviation of psychological education, which aims to cultivate the development of students’ healthy psychology, so as to promote their perfect personality education. One of the indispensable subsystems of the overall education project is to keep pace with the development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor education. Recently, CCTV reported that about 30% of today’s middle school students are experiencing psychological barriers to varying degrees. Some people refer to dependence, fragility, anxiety, loneliness and stubbornness as the five unhealthy psychologies of contemporary adolescents (mostly single children). Therefore, it is a task for every art educator to correctly understand and actively play the role of art education.
