近日,在茂名港深水锚地,随着引航员一声令下,来自巴拿马籍的超级油轮拉尼雅号在卸完25万吨原油后徐徐驶离茂名港。至此,被称为中国第一“单浮”的海上巨“龙”——茂名港25万吨级单点浮筒海上原油接卸系统自1994年11月投产以来,累计靠泊超级油轮249艘次,接卸进口原油突破5千万吨,达到5010万吨。创下中国“单浮”安全运行的新纪录,与国外同类装置相比处于领先水平,被中国企业协会评定为中国企业新纪录。
