From the initial shooting to editing into pieces, the documentary “Apple Tree” in the creation of many things I have not thought of in advance. All wonderful, all touched by the life itself. “Apple Tree” a total of four episodes, each episode 50 minutes. The film chronicles the true life of a couple of mentally ill children while planting more than 300 apple trees in spring 2015 from spring to winter in Dalian’s East Ma Tun Village. The story is about the difficulty of apples grown apologize, but also about the family’s emotions. In 2016, the film was edited by CCTV’s Documentary Channel into two episodes at 7
