目的比较绝经前后子宫内膜癌的临床与病理特点。方法将郑州大学第二附属医院妇科经手术病理确诊的107例子宫内膜癌患者分为未绝经组36例与绝经组71例,对两组患者的临床与病理特点进行比较分析。结果两组患者发病年龄、合并高血压、病理分级、病理分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病理类型、肌层浸润间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论绝经与未绝经的子宫内膜癌患者在病理分级、病理分期等方面有差异。 Objective To compare the clinical and pathological features of endometrial cancer before and after menopause. Methods 107 cases of endometrial cancer diagnosed by Department of Gynecology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into 36 cases of non-menopausal group and 71 cases of menopause group. The clinical and pathological characteristics of the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in age of onset, hypertension, pathological grade and pathological stage between the two groups (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in pathological type and myometrial invasion (P> 0.05). Conclusion There are differences in pathological grade and pathological stage between menopausal and non-menopausal women with endometrial cancer.
