我厂主梁生产线上的X53TG液压访形铣床,原采用FXY-01型双坐标仿形仪,其仿形原理是采用正弦分配器调整各轴的油量。该仿形系统需要三个滑阀相互配合工作,才能完成仿形加工,其工作的同步性要求较高,整个系统的调整也比较困难。仿形仪零件精度要求高,装配工艺难度大,阀套(未淬火)稍有磨损,就影响整个系统工作不协调,机床工作不稳定,因而经常影响主梁的生产进度和产品质量。
X53TG Hydraulic Visiting and Milling Machine on the main girder production line of our factory adopts the FXY-01 double-coordinate profiler and its profiling principle is to adjust the oil quantity of each axis by using the sine distributor. The profiling system requires three spools to cooperate with each other to finish the profiling process. The synchronicity of the working needs higher requirements and the whole system adjustment is also more difficult. Profiler instrument parts require high precision, assembly process is difficult, the valve sleeve (not quenched) a little wear, affecting the entire system is not coordinated, the machine work is not stable, which often affect the main beam of the production schedule and product quality.
