目的:讨论体检中心实施主动服务的措施和成效。方法:选取2015年6~12月在浙江省诸暨市人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的体检者为对照组,选取2016年3~9月在体检中心进行健康体检的体检者为观察组。对照组采用常规体检方式进行体检,观察组采取主动服务形式进行体检。统计两组对护士服务态度满意度和对体检工作满意度。体检工作满意度包括体检环境、体检项目、技术操作和检后服务。结果:观察组对护士服务和对体检工作的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体检中心实施主动服务措施,更符合体检者的要求。
Objectives: To discuss the measures and effectiveness of physical examination centers in implementing proactive services. Methods: From June to December 2015, the subjects who took physical examination in Zhuji People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province for physical examination were selected as the control group, and the subjects who took physical examination in the physical examination center from March to September in 2016 were selected as the observation group. In the control group, physical examination was conducted by routine physical examination, while observation group took the form of active service for physical examination. The two groups were satisfied with the service attitude of the nurses and satisfaction with the medical examination work. Physical examination satisfaction includes physical examination environment, physical examination items, technical operation and post-inspection services. Results: The satisfaction degree of the observation group to the nurses and to the medical examination was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Physical examination center to implement proactive service measures, more in line with the requirements of the medical examiner.
