比较了耐铝性不同的两品种小麦 Altas66和 Scout66根呼吸速率、线粒体 H+ - ATP酶、Ca2 + - ATP酶和焦磷酸酶活性变化。铝处理后 ,两品种小麦根呼吸速率均下降 ,随处理铝浓度增加而加剧 ,但对照和处理条件下 ,Altas 66根呼吸速率均高于 Scout 66。两品种小麦根线粒体膜上都存在H+ - ATP酶、Ca2 + - ATP酶和 H+ - PP酶 ,离体和活体铝处理后 ,这些酶活性受到抑制 ,在活体处理和Scout66中更为明显。呼吸速率下降可能与这些线粒体膜酶活性受到抑制有密切联系
The changes of respiration rate, mitochondrial H + - ATPase, Ca2 + - ATPase and pyrophosphatase activity in two wheat cultivars Altas66 and Scout66 with different aluminum tolerance were compared. After aluminum treatment, the respiration rate of wheat root decreased with increasing aluminum concentration, but the respiration rate of Altas 66 was higher than that of Scout 66 under control and treatment conditions. The activities of H + - ATPase, Ca2 + - ATPase and H + - PPase were present on the mitochondrial membrane of wheat roots, and the activities of these enzymes were inhibited after in vitro and in vivo aluminum treatment, which were more obvious in vivo treatment and Scout66. The decrease of respiration rate may be closely related to the inhibition of mitochondrial membrane enzyme activity
