目的 了解煤尘对人血清红细胞谷胱甘肽含量 (GSH)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)及碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活性及其抗氧化损伤作用的影响。方法 用组织学法对 48名煤工尘肺 (CWP)患者及 40名健康对照者红细胞GSH和LDH、血清AKP进行了测定。结果 CWP患者血清红细胞GSH、LDH、AKP较明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且随着CWP病程发展不同 ,上述指标改变程度不同 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 接触煤尘可使红细胞内氧化代谢产物蓄积 ,从而使其功能活跃 ,有助于机体对煤尘所致氧化损伤的代偿和适应
Objective To understand the effect of coal dust on the activities of glutathione (GSH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in human serum and its anti-oxidative damage. Methods Erythrocyte GSH and LDH and serum AKP in 48 coal worker’s pneumoconiosis (CWP) patients and 40 healthy controls were determined by histological method. Results The levels of serum GSH, LDH and AKP in CWP patients were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0 05 or P 0 01). The levels of GSH, LDH and AKP in CWP patients varied with different CWP stages (P <0.05) . Conclusion Contact with coal dust can make the accumulation of oxidative metabolites in erythrocytes so as to make them functionally active and help the body to compensate and adapt to the oxidative damage caused by coal dust
