房间隔缺损(房缺)属常见的先天性心脏病,心电图检查为术前无创性诊断重要依据之一,其表现有相对的特征性,对提高术前诊断率有一定价值,本文对1976年4月至1981年4月经手术证实之房缺74例的心电图资料进行了分析总结。 一般资料 一、资料:本组74例全部经手术修补缺损,术前均作了心电图,x线俭查,部份作了心音图、心动图,32例作了右心导管检查。
