IEC 61850标准通过特定通信服务映射(SCSM)规范模拟采样值(SAV)在变电站过程层与间隔层间的通信,并定义了两种SCSM:基于IEC 61850-9-1标准的单向多路点对点特定服务映射和基于IEC 61850-9-2标准的过程总线特定服务映射。从采样值的通信协议栈、服务映射和工程应用的角度详细比较分析了以上两种标准,并为解决以上两种标准在可行性与灵活性间的矛盾,结合IEC61850-9-2LE标准给出了一种面向间隔功能、通过预配置采样值控制块实现采样值传输模型灵活定义的映射方案,可实现采样值数据通道面向工程实际灵活配置,同时避免了制造报文规范(MMS)映射的实现困难。
The IEC 61850 standard simulates the communication of sample values (SAVs) between process and bay levels in substations through a specific Communication Services Mapping (SCSM) specification and defines two SCSMs: one-way multiplexed point-to-point based on IEC 61850-9-1 Specific service mapping and process bus specific service mapping based on the IEC 61850-9-2 standard. The above two standards are compared and analyzed in detail from the perspectives of the communication protocol stack of sample values, service mapping and engineering application. In order to solve the contradiction between feasibility and flexibility of the above two standards, the standard IEC61850-9-2LE is given An interval-oriented function, pre-configured sampling value control block to achieve a flexible definition of the sampling value of the transmission model of the mapping scheme, sampling data channel can be realized for the actual configuration flexibility, while avoiding the realization of the manufacturing message specification (MMS) mapping difficult.
