一、概述孟加拉国吉大港后方设施工程是由世界银行贷款,英国古德——帕纳(Coode&Parners)工程咨询公司设计和监理,中国港湾工程总公司中标,交通部四航局负责组织施工的大型工程(其平面布置如图1),是完全按照 FIDIC 合同条件进行监理和组织施工的。其中18.5万 m~2的集装箱堆场是本工程主要的施工项目。
First, an overview Bangladesh Chittagong rear facilities project is a loan from the World Bank, the British Goodode - (Coode & Parners) engineering consulting firm design and supervision, China Harbor Engineering Corporation won the bid, the four navigation agencies responsible for the construction of the Ministry of Communications large-scale construction (Its layout is shown in Figure 1), it is in full accordance with the FIDIC contract conditions for supervision and organization of construction. Of which 185,000 m ~ 2 container yard is the main construction project.
