本文基于社会资本理论的视角来看目前医务社工与志愿者合作的现象,结合在S医院的实践,针对其中存在的问题,提出医务社工与志愿者的合作模式:首先从院内和院外两个层面搭建二者联系的平台,促进结构维度的建立,进而增加他们之间的互动频率,形成认知维度,接着针对存在的问题提出相关对策,最终推动双方朝关系维度方向发展。
Based on the theory of social capital, the current situation of medical social workers cooperating with volunteers is combined with the practice in S hospitals. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward the cooperation mode of medical social workers and volunteers: First, from the hospital and the hospital outside the two levels Build a platform for the connection between the two, promote the establishment of structural dimensions, further increase the frequency of their interaction and form a cognitive dimension, and then propose relevant countermeasures for the existing problems and ultimately push the two sides to develop in the direction of the relationship dimension.
