采用电弧喷技术在Q345钢表面制备了铝涂层,对试样进行了拉伸和弯曲实验,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析方法对涂层微观组织进行了分析。研究结果表明:Q345钢与铝涂层之间没有贯穿的气孔和裂纹,结合强度为22.18 MPa,气孔率为2.9%,电弧喷涂涂层完全可以胜任保护层。
The aluminum coating was prepared on the surface of Q345 steel by arc spraying. The tensile and bending tests were carried out on the sample. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there are no pores and cracks penetrating between the Q345 steel and the aluminum coating. The bonding strength is 22.18 MPa and the porosity is 2.9%. The arc spraying coating can be used as the protective layer.
