In order to cultivate high-quality medical talents with innovative spirit and lifelong learning ability, diversified assessment methods are introduced in pathogen and immunology courses, including normal grade, midterm, self-selected examinations and mandatory examinations. Diversified assessment methods can not only improve students ’interest in learning, but also cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, and objectively and comprehensively reflect the learning effect of students, which is affirmed by students.
